Alexander Moroz participated in multiple transactions: acquisition of British Airport Authority (UK) by Ferrovial ($12 bn.), acquisition of Copenhagen ($1,3 bn) and Brussels ($1 bn) airports by Macquarie; a PPP water treatment project in the Northern Ireland ($200 mn); a PPP project for construction of an urban railway line between Richmond and Vancouver in Canada ($1 bn). Just a few of his recent transactions include Pulkovo Airport reconstruction and development project in Saint-Petersburg under a PPP agreement, where Alexander performed as the project manager and now is the chairman of the board of directors of the holding company.
Alexander Moroz holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Cambridge (UK), he graduated from the Physics Department of Kharkov State University (Ukraine).
